Refund policy

If an item is returned due to incorrect sizing or change of mind it will be liable for delivery costs in both directions, engineers servicing fee and cleaning costs.
Viewing is recommended on all preloved products as there may be signs of use.
Any cooker returned may be liable for cleaning costs and the engineer's servicing fees.
The six month parts warranty covers the ovens, grill, warmers, ignition sparks, timers, fans and burners.
User error and incorrect practices are generally not covered especially with Induction hobs as user error and incorrect pans can damage the hob.
