Refund policy

• If an item is returned due to incorrect sizing or change of mind it will be liable for delivery costs in both directions, engineers servicing fee and cleaning costs.
• Viewing is always recommended on all refurbished products as there may/will be signs of use.
• Any cooker returned for any reason, will be liable for cleaning costs and the engineer's servicing fees.
• The six month parts warranty covers the ovens, grill, warmers, ignition sparks, timers, fans and burners.
• User error and incorrect practices are not covered especially with Induction hobs as user error and incorrect pans can damage the hob.
• All sales of refurbished products are final.
