Shipping policy

A two person delivery into your home is to ground floor only, steps into the house are included. For all first floor and above deliveries you will have to speak to us directly to arrange.

All goods are fully insured whilst in transit with the courier and a signature is required when the cooker has been delivered.

Please inspect the cooker upon delivery before signing for it.

All cookers iwill be carefully shrink wrapped, covered in moving blankets and securely fastened in the delivery van.

Delivery time scale can be as soon as 24 hours after ordering up to 72 hours.

The delivery of your new cooker can be delayed and the cooker can be held with us for a few weeks or months but you would need to contact us to discuss beforehand.
