Shipping policy

A two person delivery into your home is generally to ground floor only.

For upper floors please contact us.

All goods are insured whilst in transit with the courier and a signature is required when the cooker has been delivered. 

Please inspect the cooker for damage that may have occurred before signing for it.

The cooker will be shrink wrapped, covered in moving blankets and carefully strapped in the delivery van.

Delivery is usually 2 to 4 days from placing the order.

Delivery can be delayed and the cooker can be help with us for a few weeks or months but please contact us first.
